Farcility Of The Month
I am speechless. I can only think that it was put there to discourage use whilst the work was being done on the building but it looks permanent to me. What does this say about the council's policy of encouraging sustainability (i.e. cycle use)?

I suspect that this is a temporary measure whilst the footway is narrowed due to building works. The original diversion of cyclists onto the footway and then off again a few yards further on is the farcility IMO.
